We decided to buy some smart watches/activity trackers for our students and teachers to try for a week or two. We give them the opportunity to check their number of
steps and sleeping hours. An interesting experience for everyone and surprising results in many ways.

be shared and analysed at the third short term exchange in the Netherlands in September. The individual health chekcs will continue in various forms next year.
